SHIPPING: Due to global health events beyond our control, DHL, USPS, and FedEx are currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ask that all international customers take note of your own tracking information and receipt as we won't be able to track or monitor this for you. International return packages can take 4 weeks or more to reach our facility. Your return may delayed in getting back to us due to delays with international carriers.

Most orders are shipped via DHL with the final mile delivery to be completed by USPS. Overnight orders placed before 12pm will be delivered via FedEx on the next business day before 4:30pm local time.
*Please note business days are Monday through Friday. Although some FedEx deliveries are able to be delivered on a Saturday regrettably this is dependent on carrier volume and is unable to be requested or guaranteed.

*Please note, transit delays due to; customs, public holidays, severe weather, and courier transit errors are not within our control. While we will do everything we can to assist with the resolution of this error, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
DUTIES & TAXES
* Duties/GST/Taxes are NON REFUNDABLE once your order has shipped
For select countries, customs fees, duties and taxes are collected and paid for at the checkout and remitted to your local customs authority by our couriers. Every effort is made to ensure the correct amount is collected at checkout, however Petal & Pup cannot guarantee no further fees may need to be paid upon delivery.
Where possible, we will advise you of this at the checkout. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase.
Petal & Pup is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duty, taxes and/or fees, subsequent fees may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email providing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed.
It is not uncommon for a carrier to mark an order as delivered 2 - 3 days before it is actually delivered. Be sure to check with housemates and neighbors to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong address is provided, Petal & Pup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
SIGNATURE RELEASE & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Due to COVID-19, delivery services will not require a signature and will only deliver with Authority to Leave. This means that your order will be left in a safe place so it is ready and waiting for you.
If you do not reside in an area that is safe to leave your order unattended or if you will not be home to receive it, please use an alternative address.
